This is a RDP error.. Normally caused by RDP mobile. The VPS is still active but cannot login.

if longer than 10 seconds, Please contact Jenservers to request VPS restart

To minimize occurrence, please make sure your connection is stable when using RD Client App... As well as logout the RDP properly when done, not just close / minimize app...
